Buchanan County Alerts is pre-populated with landline telephone numbers published in the White Pages and their associated property address. Cell phone and other telephone numbers can be added to the system for notifications also affecting your property address. For each phone number, indicate if a voice or text message is desired. In order to receive both text and voice alerts, you must enter your cell phone number twice. Select the “Text” option the first time and the “Voice” option the second time. If you need to change, update, or remove your phone number(s), please use the links provided at the bottom of this page.

Alerts sent from Buchanan County will originate from 69310 for text messages and (319) 555-5555 for voice notifications. Please be sure to save these in your phone book as Buchanan County Alerts.
